Simply send us a message through our Chat Support within 90 days of the delivery date, and we will guide you through our returns process. Please note that refunds will not be processed if the returned item is sent without a completed Return Merchandise Authorization form. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.

Please take note of the following when returning the item:
  • Returned items must be returned in original product packaging. 

    We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or are no longer sealed. To proceed with a return for a refund, please submit a photo of the sealed product to our support team.

  • Make sure to complete and include the Return Authorization Form on any returns. Failure to meet any of the conditions will result in the refund request being declined.

Once the item is received, our warehouse quality-check your item. Please take note that our warehouse checks all of the returned items on a weekly basis so rest assured that your refund will be processed as soon as our warehouse checked the item. On the other hand, if our warehouse deemed that the returned item is damaged, one of our support team will reach out to you immediately.

Consumable items may be returned/refunded provided they are in their original packaging, unopened, and sealed.

Additional Note: All returns will be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer's expense, including customs fees.


Disclaimer: Returned items with broken packaging or not in their original product packaging will result in a deduction from the refund. As the buyer, you're responsible for returning the product(s) to us for assessment, repair, or exchange, including covering the return shipping costs. Please note that original priority shipping fees are non-refundable.
